RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied when shopping here at Life Of Faith. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will always do our best to make it right!

Our Guarantee

If something is wrong with your order, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise for returns or exchanges within 14 days from the original shipping date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused or in the same damaged condition that you received it in. Please email lifeofaithofficial@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

*ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL*

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Please note that we incur a $5 handling fee on all refunds.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at lifeofaithofficial@gmail.com.


Exchanges

If you need an exchange for the same item, please be sure to not wash the item and let us know at:

Insufficient Address (Returned To Sender Packages)

We are not liable for any packages which are returned to us due to the customer providing an incomplete/ insufficient address. Customer is fully responsible for any reshipment fees in order to resend the items. If the customer prefers to receive a refund instead, they will not be refunded the shipping they paid on the order. If the package is returned to us through our own fault or mistake, we will cover the total amount to reship the package.
